We stand behind our products. To request a refund, simply contact us at info@tryhalsten.com with your order number — there are no forms to fill out and no hoops to jump through. You do not need to return the device to receive your refund.

Once your request is received, refunds are processed within 1 business day. Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days depending on your bank.

Faulty/Damaged/Wrong Products

In the event of receiving a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at info@tryhalsten.com, along with your order number. We will gladly replace the defective item free of charge. Kindly include your order number in the email to facilitate the process.

Never received

If your order tracking indicates that your shipment has been delivered, but you have not received it, please reach out to us within 1 week of the delivery date. We will investigate the situation and issue a refund or replacement.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

We aim to process refund requests within 1 business day. Please allow three to seven business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
